Question of the Day, October 6th, 2006

This is a new feature on the VACASTEVE blog...The Question of the day. I won't have a question every day, but I will periodically post a question that I find particularly stimulating.

A couple of days ago, for dinner, I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes with country gravy. It was amazingly delicious!!!! It was so good that I ate until I was nearly brusting. My stomach was so full that it literally hurt for hours, and I seriously considered "purging", just so that I could survive until bedtime.

Todays question: Is there anything that does not taste good smothered in country gravy?

For you babe...probably nothing! Throw a little cinnamon on top of all of that and youwill be in hog heaven.

Mary...thanks for commenting. If you toast the bread for your PB&J, I would probably try it with some gravy. :-)

I'm having trouble because I keep thinking of things that may sound bad but are probably good:

1. Toasted peanut butter sandwich
2. vanilla ice cream
3. dices apples and celery
4. pizza

My fav is those little doves. They are SOOOO good simmered in gravy for breakfast with homemade buttermilk biscuits dripping with butter and honey. Okay, so I'm a little hungry...
